You can get a number of bicycle tour guides from the State of New Jersey Web Site:

The guides include maps, directions, and route tips. The most interesting runs for 238 miles from High Point to Cape May — a bike route quite literally the size of New Jersey! Of course, this trip can be broken up into any number of sections to suite the fitness level of any rider.
The guides are available either as PDF downloads or free by mail through an Online request Form. As these are color publications with extensive graphics, a high-horsepower printer will be required to produce a hardcopy.

I was wondering if you knew the length of the Newport to Liberty State Park bike ride.
i just got back into riding and it seems perfect for my girlfriend and myself to try on a nice day.

I’ve not measured it, but I’d guess the Newport to Liberty State Park bike ride to be about 5 miles for the round trip. The entire route is on level ground (no hills).
